Reimagining how we rent: Dormy PH rebrands to Suzy Rent

The Dormy PH story began in 2022 as a college side project arising out of the difficulty in finding dormitories near University Belt – and we've grown beyond that.

Since our first google forms website, we've since evolved to become the dominant platform for finding bedspaces & dormitories in Metro Manila, serving over 500,000+ students in the past three years. We've become a household name in Manila's iconic University Belt – happily becoming part of the college journey from day 1.

In the same way that students graduate to enter the workforce in business districts, we've begun to see how underserved the condo and apartment rental market is – especially in top CBDs like Makati, BGC, Ortigas, and Alabang. Our listings are also graduating, and there's a clear market gap in solving the renting problem in the Philippines.

Renting goes beyond dormitories and bedspaces. It's the first step to "adulting" – the first wave of responsibility that hits you as soon as you take your first night's sleep in a freshly-rented condo. And we're here for that, with then-students who now join the workforce, Suzy Rent makes the promise of helping you feel home, wherever life takes you.

Introducing Suzy Rent

Suzy Rent comes from a wordplay of susi, the Filipino word for key. We've always been described as a helpful companion in unlocking the next stage of life, almost quite literally, by opening doorways to rental properties from our viral TikTok videos.

Our Logo showcases a hybrid of window panes from a house, and an "S" icon resembling an unlocked padlock, symbolizing our mission in opening doors to simplify the renter's journey, and enable efficient leasing operations for partner landlords.

Suzy commits itself to becoming the key that guides you home.
