Discoverable Community

A Discoverable Community can be found through search, but its content remains limited to approved members.

• Anyone can find the Community.
• Interested users can request to join.
• Community managers may review membership requests.
• Content is visible only after membership is approved.

Discoverable access is useful when a Community wants to welcome new members while still controlling who can see its posts and feeds.

Examples include:

• A university housing Community
• A neighborhood renter Community
• A roomie-matching Community
• A Community for renters with shared interests
