With Brand New Infrared cooker and Brand New Microwave Oven.

2 barbecue stand in open area beside the children's playground opposite the pool area

With 3 gazebo type pavilion that can be used by the tenants and their guests for free. It's like outing in the city

Garden tables & chairs are also free to use outside the gym

Willing to share with 1 female tenant that occupy the other room. 1 room is good for 1 or 2 pax, 10K per room (can be divided for 2 tenants)
